Mr. Cox has 30 years of litigation experience, primarily in federal district and circuit courts, including habeas claims, appeals in front of the Board of Immigration Appeals, and other appeals in immigration matters.
Ji Lee is an associate at the firm, specializing in the firm’s appellate litigation and handling asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), and other forms of immigration relief/benefit.
Lauren Reid is an associate at the Law Offices of Theodore N. Cox. She has experience handling asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile cases.
Chloe Cheng received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in 2018 from St. John’s School of Law in Queens, New York and holds a Bachelor of Art (B.A.) degree in Economics from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Angelina Bonnah joined our firm in December 2017 after graduating with her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from The George Washington University Law School.
Tracy Cheung is the law firm’s senior managing paralegal. Ms. Cheung started working at the Law Office of Theodore N. Cox in January 2012 and has extensive experience in USCIS filings and immigration court litigation.
David Zheng is the Paralegal within the law firm. Mr. Zheng started working at the Law Office of Theodore N. Cox in January 2017. He earned his B.B.A in Marketing from the Baruch College – The City University of New York (CUNY).
Ms. Silverman joined the Law Office of Theodore N. Cox in December 2016 as a paralegal and is proficient with USCIS filings and immigration court litigation. Ms. Silverman graduated from Fordham University with a master degree of clinical social work.
Siran Li is the law firm’s paralegal. Mr. Li started working at the Law Office of Theodore N. Cox in March 2016 and has extensive experience in USCIS filings and immigration court litigation.
Christina Lu joined the Law Office of Theodore N. Cox as a paralegal in 2018. She earned her B.A in Political Science, International Studies with minors in Criminal Justice and Chinese from The University of Alabama.
Aiyu Wu works as paralegal in Law Office of Theodore N. Cox. She joined the firm in 2018. As a paralegal she is proficient with USCIS filings and immigration court litigation preparations.
Ms. Duan works for the Law Office of Theodore N. Cox as a Media coordinator. With her both engineering and legal background, Ms. Duan helps to manage the company’s website and social media platforms.
