Selina Klaus joined the Law Office of Theodore N. Cox in January 2020 after working in a law firm, specialized in corporate and business immigration law. She received her Master of Law (LLM) from Fordham Law School in New York. During law school, Ms. Klaus was a member of the Black Law Students Association and the President of the Unemployment Action Center, which assisted low-income employees after wrongful termination with their court hearings. Besides that Ms. Klaus has acquired the 1. Staatsexamen (German JD equivalent) from the University of Trier in 2014. She majored in German Social Security and Employment Law and participated in a two-year program about Anglo -American Law, while in German Law School. Ms. Klaus was able to gain different professional experience during her 2-year mandatory clerkship, which serves as perpetration for the German bar exam. Thereby she focused on German immigration and family law.
